Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located between afternoon food and the evening menu, which was perfect for our purposes. The rooms were changed swiftly upon our request, ensuring a comfortable stay, though the changing rooms were a bit crowded with guests smoking and drinking. The service, while mostly satisfactory, had some issues with the receptionist charging us twice by mistake. The location, while not in a heavily touristy area, proved to be excellent for its accessibility to Maidstone. The dining experience offered good quality food options, though it could have been enhanced with higher quality produce. Overall, the hotel provides a decent stay with a few minor inconveniences.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms weren't serviced initially, but I was quickly provided another room. The location was convenient, close to the city center and the train station, but the access was tricky. The morning dining was good after a gym workout, but the options were a bit limited. The service was a bit disappointing as the staff seemed poorly trained and ill-informed in some instances, but they were so helpful when my friend lost her bag.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and fresh, and I even managed to get an upgrade for a small extra cost which was worth it for a two-night stay. The service, however, left something to be desired as there were issues with payment and inexperienced staff, but the location was just perfect – convenient and quiet. The dining experience had its ups and downs, offering both good and mediocre options.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were bright and tastefully decorated, offering great comfort, but unfortunately, I had to deal with smoke from outside and noise from the car park. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond, especially Conor, our waiter. The location was ideal for exploring Kent, with ample parking, but it got noisy at times. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a variety of options at the buffet but mediocre food quality.
